@anaknitoto Joshua Clottey fought for survival, not to beat Pacquiao

MARCH 14 was dubbed as "PACQUIAO DAY" as the Filipino boxing "legend" went back on the ring as to face Ghana's Joshua Clottey.

The Filipinos are reunited once again as we watch Pacquiao struggle to give us a KO match. But that was impossible with Clottey's super OA defenses against Pacman. I don't know a lot about boxing, but I think that Clottey looks stupid ducking Manny's punches and jabs 90% of the whole match.

Manny Pacquiao won via unanimous decision. It was just a shame because he wasn't able to knock down the ever defensive Clottey. I actually was even more entertained with the Twitter posts of personalities on the match like Gang Badoy, TJ Manotoc, Drew Arellano, Gabe Norwood, Chot Reyes, Jude Turcuato, Slick Rick, Mo Twister and Marlon Wayans.

So, will Mayweather be the next on Manny's list?

Great Scott! (Goodbye Lilly...)

I wanted to break the mold and be that offbeat contestant that did exactly what I wanted to do and explain myself as an artist with my song choice. I have no regrets in that department. But watching certain people make it into the top 12 that kind of haven't done so well in the past weeks, and then basing on the judges' comments on my three songs, I was frustrated. I feel like my fan base wasn't there, even though the judges and producers seem to love me. And I felt like I was having a great run on the show. But I guess my fans weren't there. So that's why I said that. But then I think my voting demographic is more of the underground scene, who don't even own a TV. They were probably all out riding their bikes and or doing something more productive than watching TV, let alone American Idol. - Lilly Scott

I know it's quite late to blog about this, but Lilly Scott really deserves a spot on the Top 12 of American Idol's latest season.

Yes, for some unreasonable circumstances, Lilly was voted out of Idol. And that was just the worst news I've heard this week besides having to wear a skirt to work on Mondays. I know some people thinks that Lilly was some kind of a weird lady who sings weird songs. But for me, Lilly has one of the nicest voice and artistry this season. Her quirky attack on songs made her a standout among the other contestants of AI.

I have been a fan of Lilly's since Hollywood week. OK, maybe I'm just hurt about this because I'm a big fan. But her performance since the start of the eliminations were powerful. Even Simon Cowell only has good words for her. It's such a shame to see her leave the competition this early. I know she's got a lot to offer.

I admit, her last performance wasn't the best, but STILL it's better than some of the contestants who made it to Top 12.

But then again, I think that's the final decision already, and all i can do (along with her millions of followers) is wish you good luck and all the best Lilly!
